I am so glad you are here.
I’m Dr. Irena Namayra Nayfeld (she/they) — Embodied Healing Practitioner, Psychologist of Human Development, and Soul-led Liberation Guide.

I do this work because seeing you come alive DELIGHTS me.
My path hasn’t been standard. A true one rarely is.
​
For years, I lived with chronic pain, burnt out, far from my truth—disconnected from my voice and needs, my highly sensitive, intuitive nature, and my wild soul.
​
It wasn’t until I began listening—not trying to fix myself, but truly listening—that everything changed.
Embodied healing led me to meet, and feel, parts of myself I didn't even know I had suppressed.
It reconnected me with my wonder, my essence, and my joy.
It set me free.
​
Merging deep personal healing with a Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Development, years of expertise as an educator and facilitator, and extensive training in holistic healing practices, I now support others in understanding, and releasing, the conditioning, patterns, and traumas that shape their lives.

​Tuning into the body to connect with suppressed emotions, conditioning, and desires, I help you turn wounds into wisdom, come home to your body, and live from the inside out.​

For a long time, I knew that there was something deeper underneath my physical pain and burn out. But I didn't know how to get to the root. I was missing the How?.​​

What is Embodied Healing?​​

Embodied Healing is a path that honors the truth that our emotions, traumas, and conditioning live not just in the mind, but in the body.

It is also the way to our aliveness, inuitive wisdom, and wild joy.​​​

The growing body of research on trauma, the mind-body connection, and somatic healing—led by voices like Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Resmaa Menakem, Dr. Thema Bryant, Gabor Maté, and so many others—shows what indigenous healers, medicine women, and our ancestors have always known: our bodies hold our traumas, our stories, and our truths.​
